A Short One After The Long Ones

Sawadee Khap, friends and family. Lonnie and I are having an incredible time, to say the least. When it comes to spicy spicy Thai food, he went from a wuss to a total iron stomach in just under a week. Papaya Salad, here we come (that shit'll make you cry). Anyway, a few days in Bangkok after Koh Pah Ngan and on Monday we leave for Chiang Mai, in the north of Thailand, and then off to Luang Prabang, Laos. Love you all, and please take the time to read the other two posts I just put up. I know it's been a couple weeks, but hey, three posts in one day should make up for it eh? No I guess not.... oh well, read'em anyway! :) Peace and love, brothers and sisters,
-Bodhi

Bodhi It's so exciting to go to your blog and read about what's happening! I even went to the library and got a Fodor's guide to southeast Asia and a video of Bangkok (the only one they had on the area). Now I know why you're heading to Luang Prubang, the ancient capital of Laos, a city of temples and palaces. I like your posts on the king and the full moon party, both of which have attained legendary status that exaggerates their appeal, but you see things as they are. Thanks for sharing these stories and photos of your travels. I hope you get to take that boat ride down the Mekong River. It sounds incredibly beautiful. Have fun!Emma
